Never thought I would even contemplate selling this amazing bass, but as much as I love it, am using my Yamaha BB424 live, it suits what I am doing without the worry of live usage dings etc. Where as the UMBO I don't want to risk, so don't play it half as much. So am thinking of selling it and buying a second Yamaha BB Bass to supplement my live work.

I truely can't underestimate how lovely this bass is, plays like butter a real quality bass with huge tonal jazz flexabilty.
It's pretty much as new so am looking for £850 inc delivery. NEW PRICE £650 inc delivery (almost 50% off rrp)
Any questions fire away. Comes with a nice Sandberg Gig Bag, tool and new spare set of strings. The strings on the bass have loads of life still in them also.

Hi richardd,
No it's the white with matching headstock (more an off white cream), it's my avatar pic. Will try and upload some pictures soon. It's stuning and plays amazingly well. I tried it against Fender American series Jazz, and imho it was far better bass in every way :-)

Nooooooo! If you love it just keep it and use it, don't worry about the odd ding! It's a bass guitar, it was designed to be played!

Good luck with the sale though if you don't come to your senses! :D

I don't have scales handy, but according to a bass guitar magazine review it says it is 4.2kg/9.25lbs it's not a heavy bass, perfect balance to me and no neck dive. Absolutely lovely bass :-)

After a long hard try at making my marriage work, things have come to a head, so really need to get money behind me now. So please feel free to make me a reasonable offer :-(

Thanks Chuck, it's a painful process, hopefully will be amicable. It's a lovely bass and a real shame to let it go. Hopefully it will go to a good home.
