Johnny Moped
Hello, I'm from Poland and 2 weeks ago I've bought this guitar for 120pln / c.a. 22 gbp. LINKS REMOVED AS WEBPAGE CONTAINS VIRUS ! Is it Burns? I'm comparing to this gallery: LINKS REMOVED AS WEBPAGE CONTAINS VIRUS ! You can see screw holes in front of the body, probably left after those plastic pieces. on the bottom you can see a hole after a holding bolt that is moved upper than the original one. What do You think? Is it a real Burns from the 60's? thanks and sorry for my bad english I was doing my best. :) This post has been edited because it linked to a page containing a virus - BOD2 (Moderator)

neepheid
It worked OK for me when I looked about an hour ago (Chrome and Microsoft System Center 2012 Endpoint Protection). No idea what the bass is, sorry.
Dave Vader
I had a quick look, looked a bit Teisco from the brief look I got, but couldn't be sure.

Musky
If it looked anything like one of these then it could be anything really. They went out under a huge variety of different brands, and almost identical instruments have enough differences to suggest that there were a number of different manufacturers. Teisco/Kawai were probably involved in making some of them, but I couldn't even hazard a guess at any other manufacturers. Aria had one in their catalogue as an A200, but it wasn't manufactured by Matsumoku.
