Shockwave Posted May 29, 2012 Posted May 29, 2012
Hmm something green? To match my Hulkulike avatar.....wonder what that could be........
No idea Pm me if you want to talk!
ash Posted May 29, 2012 Author Posted May 29, 2012 It's a cheap price because things aren't really moving at the moment sadly.
ash Posted May 29, 2012 Author Posted May 29, 2012 I'm not really interested in trades although I still have a soft spot for Rick 4000 (single pickup) or short scale 3000/1 series basses!
ash Posted June 1, 2012 Author Posted June 1, 2012 Going on evil bay soon so last drop to £865 or specified trades this is a real bargain!
ash Posted June 2, 2012 Author Posted June 2, 2012 Now on eBay so get in touch if you are interested, thanks
ash Posted June 5, 2012 Author Posted June 5, 2012 (edited) Ok things aren't shifting so I'm dropping my price so offers around the £800 mark which is daft for this era and quality of bass but needs must. No trades now. Edited June 7, 2012 by ash
ash Posted June 5, 2012 Author Posted June 5, 2012
stop lowering the price i need/love this bass
Why not buy it then? !
ash Posted June 6, 2012 Author Posted June 6, 2012 I've just put a two saddle reissue Tele bass bridge on this and through strung it, sustain is fantastic, much improved and looks great with the ashtray on or off. I will post some new pics tomorrow. Tempted to withdraw the bass as it's certainly has much better resonance and clarity strung as nature intended!
Bassman Rich Posted June 7, 2012 Posted June 7, 2012 Hi, sorry if its a question you have answered before, but how wide is the nut? I have precisions that are 43mm and about 45mm, and a pink paisley tele bass thats kind of in the middle, and is the tatty old case a fender ohsc thats tatty, or just any old case? Thanks in advance

ash Posted June 9, 2012 Author Posted June 9, 2012 Back to the top, I was playing this last night in the studio you can get a real variety of sounds with this bass thanks to the extra pickup and the coiltap. Not just a one trick pony.
