here is my trusty old fretless neck. it is ok. i have been gigging with it for the last couple of years with no problems, but i wanted to go unlined, so i got a new neck, and now this one is left over, and i can't think of a good enough excuse to keep it.
Came from a no-name JP thing, had already been stripped and defretted when i got it.
I reshaped the headstock (sorry about that) and sanded the board down to get all the bumps out of it.
It is surprisingly lovely to play. I shall miss it, particularly the attractive bullseye fretmarkers.

here is the back...

Just measured my squier and its 64mm at the 20th fret, means yours aint gonna be exactly a snug fit, anyone tell me if this is doable?

I had it in an old Ibanez at one point, I wrapped bits of veneer round it until it stuck snugly. Seemed to work alright, probably have recordings of it somwhere..
