Clarky
2004 NT Thumb in wonderful condition. [attachment=109173:P1050119.JPG][attachment=109174:P1050127.JPG] I bought it from The Gallery a couple of weeks ago. Its a superb bass but I pretty quickly wished I had got the 5 string equivalent. Well I just picked up a Thumb 5 from a Belgian BC'er yesterday so am putting this up FS. Those who remember the listing at the Gallery will remember it was for sale at £1550 (it was a commission sale so I paid the full price). I will take £1500 ono which is around half of new price (when you can find one) and TBH you would be hard pushed to spot this isn't new (no dings/knocks and one minor surface indentation/line you can only see if you hold up to the light, otherwise invisible). Weight a nice 9.8 pounds. Comes with uber-heavy Warwick Rock case (proper heavy duty flightcase) plus truss rod tool, strap locks and various adjustment tools. Unfortunately no log book. However if I plug the serial number into the Warwick dater I get the following: Serial No.: D-106303-04 Article Code: 1274030004BDBPOOWW produced: 11/05/2004 Info: Thumb Bass, 4-string Natural Oil finish Bubinga Pommele body Ovangkol neck Black hardware Given the weight and unwieldy nature of the case I would prefer not to post. I am in London for handover/meet up. NB: as this is to pay for my Thumb 5, no trades please Edited June 2, 2012 by Clarky

lowdowner
Don't overlook the Thumb 4BO too - the fretless sound is 'soft' but the BO neck brings a bit of snap back
