With great reluctance I've finally pushed myself to a position where I need to sell this wonderful bass:

Build completed late 2004 at the old Jay Street Sadowsky NYC shop

Solid ash one-piece body finished in '59 burst with a tort guard

Birdseye maple 20 fret neck, 9" radius, 1 3/4" width

Chrome hardware, including pickup ashtray

J pickup installed in 70's location

Weight just under 8lbs, with perfect balance

Old style Sadowsky fitted case (and all the original paperwork)

Volume pot upgraded to 500k which is now standard (was 250k in older models)

Sadowsky D tuner included (currently not fitted)
There is one tiny little area on the back that got a small scratch (in the clearcoat only), but other than that and the usual paint/pickguard swirling it's excellent. here's a shot of the scratch

£1950 delivered in the UK - or collection/meet up possible (and preferred)

Any questions, fire away....
Edit: forgot to mention one thing, the TI jazz flats are not staying on the bass, I'll replace them with some Sadowsky Black Label flats

Lovely, lovely bass matey, I was going to say 'good luck' with the sale - but I really don't think you'll need it!!

I might consider it, but I'll wait a little to see if there are any cash buyers first mate.

Ahhhh man.... I soooo love this bass. I have a kidney I'm not using, a dog and 2 cats and some cash..... It doesn't help I'm moving house! Grrrrrrrr

Good luck, I know it won't be here when I've moved!

Great bass and Jase is a great guy to deal with. Surprised it's still here.

Thanks Chris - I'm a little surprised myself and will be very sad to see it go.

This will go on ebay tomorrow as well to reach a wider audience...
