You will need:[list] [*]a strong soulful voice with good range [*]plenty of musical knowledge, especially re harmony, rhythm & arrangement [*]at least 3 years experience of performing with a live band [*]to be a positive team player with a professional attitude [*]knowledge and love of 70s soul, funk and disco and all grooves that followed [/list] It would be an advantage to have:[list] [*]your own transport, powered monitors, SM58 mic & stand, PA [*]other musical abilities, such as playing percussion or a bit of keyboards [*]funky style like my dog!
