Rics way ahead of Precision (although the definition of 'Punk' is quite loose). Not a Jazz to be seen either

No I would have agreed with that but I think it may be more due to the 'iconic' images of Sid and his white precision.

As well as producing, the late great Martin Hannett played bass for John Cooper Clarke, usually a Musicman.
