Thanks guys for the bump!

@ Sibob Me'shell didnt use a reissue it was the real deal!
You can see me'shell playing that instrument in the youtube clips I posted and yes it did sound very big! and so does this one!
The reissues have the D (from dane electro in the pickguard) the originals didnt have that, also it says silvertone on the headstock which the reissues don't...Thats how you can tell.

Thanks for the bump mate. No the 66 jazz isnt put together yet I mailed Wes about the neck just today so lets see if he's in for the restoration project.
I'm sure in the end it's gonna be killer, but I am in no hurry tho:D Atleast I have my trusty old 1965 p-bass still thats doing a more then ok job atm:D
