I bought a de-fretted P neck for a project but it doesn't fit the body, so I'm thinking of getting it re-fretted for another.

Is there anybody here that can do - or know someone?

Cheerz - yes I was hoping to get a 'cheaper' job, not a pro :D & it's a r/w board BTW, no refin required.

Having played around (badly) with fretting myself, the amount of time, skill, tools and materials required to do a good job, £100 sounds like an absolute bargain to me.

Perhaps I'll send it back to Fender, from the vid's I've seen it takes them about 1or2 minutes to do

Having the right tools would certainly help :)

Yes I'd be quite prepared to pay £100 on a bass that was of any value, but not for a beater :o
