umcoo Posted June 11, 2012 Posted June 11, 2012 Hi all, A trip to Germany next month and not using these bits much at all, has made me realise they'd be better off with someone else. So then... A General Guitar Gadgets tuned Big Muff - £35 posted within the UK I originally built this to Sovtek muff specs in 2007 then it made the rounds on here. Eventually, Tayste was selling it last December and I picked it up. Since then, I've got a new PCB and components and built it as a GGG tuned muff. Sounds great, nice and gritty, I believe the Bluebeard Fuzz is basically one of these, and there's a few pedal makers who build these and sell them on. Since I rebuilt it, everything is still in good shape and it's never let me down. However, the case is well battered and bruised. When I first built this in 2007, I just spray painted it, then as the paint was chiping, I clear coated it. and the chipping remains. I think it looks kind of neat, but it's not one for those who like things perfect! I bought this for £35 off Ste and then spent a bit of money doing it up, but passing it on for what I paid. It might be difficult to see in the pics, but it's a really nice surf green type colour. Works great, only runs on 9v power supply - can't run on batteries! Great little tuner - comes with box and instructions. No hum or any issues when I've used it. I'm sure it can power lots of pedals - take a look on the Diago website for more details. Comes with original box. Not really wanting to move on prices as I think they're all pretty good deals, and the Polytune and Diago have hardly been used. Thanks for looking everyone, if you want any more info, just ask.
LiamPodmore Posted June 11, 2012 Posted June 11, 2012 Totally irrevelevant but we have the same wireless mouse. Wish that the Diago had been for sale a month ago when i got my Harley Benton Powerplant though, i've heard good things about the Diago stuff. An absolute bargain at that price. Liam
Lenny B Posted June 11, 2012 Posted June 11, 2012 Ooh - I'll take the Diago please, will PM you for details later Cheers!
umcoo Posted June 11, 2012 Author Posted June 11, 2012 Okie doke Lenny, that's fine. Consider it yours! Liam - it's a good mouse! I went through a phase of buying lots of Logitech stuff
Scotticus Posted June 11, 2012 Posted June 11, 2012 Can I call 2nd dibs on the Diago, in the unlikely event that Lenny declares bankruptcy/gets struck by lightening/changes his mind.
umcoo Posted June 11, 2012 Author Posted June 11, 2012 Hi mate, yeah that's fine, but looks like it's going. I'll update this when things go. Cheers
umcoo Posted June 11, 2012 Author Posted June 11, 2012 Looks like all 3 items are spoken for...thanks everyone
