Hello all,
While I'm watching "Seven Ages of Rock" (not to be confused with Rock of Ages featuring Tom Cruise) I find myself thinking of another music program I used to watch some years back, basically linking all kinds of facts about music, artists and bands in a "family tree". I can't remember the name of the show though, so I thought I'd ask here..

Ta!

Rock Family Trees. Get the books, you'll learn everything there is to know and time will disappear. All three (a new one was released last year) are on Amazon. The first one is brilliant.

I heard a rumour that he used to put inaccuracies in on purpose to see who was plagiarising his work.

Heard that too. Inspired me to put lots of flaws in my compositions on purpose ...

I used to have the Deep Purple/Rainbow one on my bedroom wall when I was a kid. Was it out of 'Sounds'? I never bought MM or NME.

Kerrang, IIRC? I might still have it, hiding in humidity-proof plastic bags somewhere in the shed :)
