Pow_22
Anyone had any first hand experience with these beasts? Ive always been a fan of one big cab rather than a stack (i know i know) and this seems really up my street. Being a big Ashdown fan anyway i thought this would be a good (tho not similar) replacement for my current 414t cab. I know there are various opinions on here about mixing driver sizes but i had a 4x10 & 1x15 stack back in the day that sounded brilliant so dont see why this wouldnt sound good. Also anyone know what 10's would be in this (watts and ohms)?
bassmansky
email ashdown about the wattage etc, they are very helpful.I used ashdown 10's with 15's for years and always produced a nice sound.Bass players have been using the two together for several years, that was the thing to do.Its only recently that certain people say you should not put the two together,.why i dont really know, but it has worked for thousands of gigs!
