[/quote] Never had a single issue with them. Bought a couple of things from them. You need to wait a while for them coming (usually around 4/5 days) but other than the unavoidable delivery time, very good. Although, as with everything, support your local if possible. However do make sure you order the right stuff - the website is not always clear, and even the 'frequently bought together' items do not always work together. (e.g. If you're buying a DMX lighting controller, email them first and get them to confirm that it's works with your lights ) Update - Ha! Didn't notice the zombie thread! Bass stand was slow to ship but that was only 3 days later than expected Upright bass case shipped the next day got to me within the week. No problems and very quick on queries. Although DHL are a royal pain cards saying attempted delivery and not having rung the door bell. not rocket science but Royal mail are just as bad.
