My sacro-iliac joint has just gone ... fifth time in four years.

Usually means 3-5 days of lying on my back and staring at the ceiling. Today was Day #2.

The fresh pain-killers have just cut in, so I can manage 10 minutes on Basschat before I go and lie down again.

I don't believe it!! I was hoping I wouldn't have to post this as I was really looking forward to the bash but I had a sore throat and had lost my voice last week and felt like sh*t, but was feeling better the last few days. Today has been worse and it's still not good. I'll see how I feel in the morning but what I don't want to do is risk passing anything on to other people. I'm not a happy bunny!

Oh Steve what a nightmare! I've still got a bit of a cold myself, but I've had it since Tuesday so am a bit better now. It is proving to be difficult to fully shake off though.

What a delightful part of the M25 this is! I've often thought how nice it would be to spend a couple of hours enjoying that two mile stretch by Leatherhead, especially instead of attending one of those boring bass bashes...
