I don't suppose you know which hotel? I did start thinking about a Northampton bash, there's a thread on here somewhere. I'd just be worried that no-one would turn up and I'd sit there looking silly

I think it was Paul C who used to arrange it?

IIRC the hotel was just off M1 junction 15.

But surely that hotel banned bass players from future bookings because of all the slapping?

Wherever the hotel was, me, WalMan and merton couldn't find it for ages and ages and arrived considerably late! It wasn't easy to find (or we were too stupid to find it)... Great road trip though

Thanks Sylvia If there's a will to have two South East Bashes a year, I'm sure we could do something in March/April??

I'd be up for that. Would it be in the same (rather awesome!) place? We should, however, make sure that having more than one bash in any one year wouldn't reduce the number of attendees.
