How are you getting on with the neck profile on the P?
I like chunky neck basses but the Warwick Fortress I'm playing at the moment is so slim, I think it would take a while for me to adjust to playing anything else.
Anyway - your new bass looks great and I hope your happy with it

Love it! I don't like skinny necks - I had an Ibanez which was a lovely bass but the neck was so thin it gave me hand cramp

I was thinking perhaps Chromes for a little brighter tone but still with the thump.

Want something that will not require a truss rod adjustment as well (currently using elixir 45-105)

Chromes are good, too. But I get all the top I want from my La Bellas - with a very small EQ adjustment.
