budget bassist Posted April 21, 2008 Posted April 21, 2008 That's been posted in about 3 different threads already.... and again... i like it. Quote
The Funk Posted April 21, 2008 Posted April 21, 2008 (edited) He left this bit out of the product description: "After it was completed, I plugged it in and decided it sounded crap. After leaving it a few days and looking at it again, I decided I can't actually bear to look at it either. Genuine reason for sale." EDIT: I actually half-like the look. It's not something I'd want to own or play but I think it could work in some settings. I just don't see why he'd go to all that trouble personalising something so much only to turn around and sell it. (Unless it sounded like crap). Edited April 21, 2008 by The Funk Quote

SJA Posted April 22, 2008 Posted April 22, 2008 especially good for your back as there aren't any strap buttons.... Quote
steve-soar Posted April 22, 2008 Posted April 22, 2008 The intonation looks spot on. If he hadn't drilled those stupid holes and chopped the horns off, it would still be a pile of sh*t. Quote
thedarxide Posted April 22, 2008 Posted April 22, 2008 If he'd left the curves of the body alone, I'd be all over it. Quote
Bassassin Posted April 22, 2008 Posted April 22, 2008 Reserve's a ton, if anyone's interested. He shouldn't have re-shaped the body & headstock, but I love the white board/black block neck. Jon. Quote
