Garage Band for PC (I know it's not possible)

Hey everyone in a forum I never usually visit!

I am comng here for some advice. I have a friend who's 10 year old wants to start messing with basic sequencing for composing tunes etc. She runs a PC so obv Garage Band is out, but is there anything that child friendly out there for PC?
