bartelby Posted June 20, 2012 Posted June 20, 2012
Reason is very simple
Another vote for Reason. Reason Essentials is very reasonably priced too, £85: http://www.propellerheads.se/products/reason/index.cfm?fuseaction=get_article&article=reason-essentials Quote
lowdown Posted June 20, 2012 Posted June 20, 2012 (edited) Presonus Studio one version 2 - its free, plenty of features, and if she wants to take it serious a good upgrade path for the three versions available. Totally gapless Audio and it really is the easiest DAW on the planet to learn - up and running in minutes. Everything is drag and drop. Incredibly stable as well.
