chriswilliams666 Posted June 24, 2012 Posted June 24, 2012 (edited) Good Afternoon all. Here we have my good friends' bass. It is very very nice, and I would buy it if I had the funds! Spec: Fender Japan '62 Reissue Jazz Bass 1994 MIJ (Serial Q017350) Maple neck with rosewood fretboard. Sonic Blue body. The usual dings and dents for that 'light relic' look (These are natural and not caused by sandpaper or hammers...) All original except for: Pickups replaced with Fender Noiseless. Bone nut to replace original after it broke. (professional fit y www.eternal-guitars.com) Threaded saddle bridge to replace original (original to be sold with bass). Sensible offers considered. PM myself or email (the owner) ?subject=Fender%20Japan%20"] Edited June 24, 2012 by chriswilliams666
gjones Posted June 24, 2012 Posted June 24, 2012 That's an excellent bass at a very, very reasonable price. I'd snap it up if I wasn't downsizing at the moment. Good luck with the sale.

chriswilliams666 Posted June 24, 2012 Author Posted June 24, 2012 That is from a thumb rest. Caused by a drill... Not sandpaper or hammers :-P

4000 Posted June 25, 2012 Posted June 25, 2012 That's what a Jazz should look like IMO. If the body shape didn't cause me such pain I'd happily buy that.
FEND3R Posted June 26, 2012 Posted June 26, 2012 I can't believe this is still here. Bump for a looker at a great price (IMHO) !
