BarnacleBob
I have a 2004 Dolphin NT ( Duh! ) very nice, very playable, neck is a bit chunky and action is a nice 2.5mm at the 12th ( i have a light touch so this suits ) but this is the minimum i can make it anyway as any lower and the strings hit the bridge pickup if i play up the dusty end. Relief is fine. looking at pics of other dolphins this pickup does always look high and there seems v little adjustment available in the pick up height. Is it a Warwick thing or a Dolphin thing or just mine? BB Edited June 26, 2012 by BarnacleBob
Warwick_Official
Warwick recommends a pickup height of 2mm with the strings depressed at the highest fret. You can see this in a video here: I hope this helps, please let me know if there is anything I can assist you with. Thanks! BarnacleBob
Had done one all that have managed to get the gap to 1mm but that is with the pup at its lowest - if i want to increase the gap I would have to raise the action. BB
