SOLD Fender Japan 75 Reissue Jazz project

I've only recently had this put together but I've seen something on here that I want to buy so something has to go.


It's a CIJ 75 reissue body in a natural finish with Badass II bridge and tort pickguard. Stock pickups and controls. The body is in very good condition but there are 2 chips in the laquer on the top and bottom of the neck pocket but these are only visible close up.

The neck is a VMJ Squier maple neck with black block & bindings with stock tuners. The decal has been replaced with a suitable aged Fender Jazz replica to a good standard

The bass was put together and set up for me (including fret dress) by Fraser Callum in Leeds. He had problems finding a spare bolt for the microtilt so has used a non-standard bolt and retained the 3 hole neckplate rather than taking the easy option of changing to a 4 hole plate. The microtilt is therefore disabled but the neck is very firmly in place.

I'll supply a slightly shabby but functional semi-rigid Guvnor case
