TC Staccato '51 help please.

I have had this 3 days, its not new, but almost immaclate. With it's redness, flashing lights and super dooper footswitch it looks the poodles privates.

How the *$%* do you turn the compressor off? I hate them .

Expert advice please or this is going to be the shortest length of time I have EVER had an amp.

Press shift then turn the gain down to zero if I remember correctly, but a lot of people (including myself) think it sounds like a little compression is baked into the natural sound of the amp, plus that particular model is based on Roccos tone, and he likes compression.

Yup, think you are right, so think it's always going to have some compression.
