waynepunkdude Posted July 2, 2012 Posted July 2, 2012 So I have a Mandobird but mandolin isn't my thing so I've converted it into a uke, all done but I wasn't getting any sound out of the amp after half hour of mucking around I realised it's a magnetic PUP and nylon strings, so now I've ordered metal strings. I'm a moron. Quote

xgsjx Posted July 7, 2012 Posted July 7, 2012 My mandolinist told me that a few years ago, but I think you'd have to hear someone say it to understand it. I think it's G C E A. The G being the one above the C & E in the scale & the A above that. Like this actually... And sung "My Dog Has Fleeeeeeeeez" Quote

xgsjx Posted July 7, 2012 Posted July 7, 2012 They could have just kept it simple and used the instrument name instead... You Cou(ld) Lay Leigh Quote
