Koukku Posted July 2, 2012 Posted July 2, 2012 Hi all, we have a Finnish project metal band. We are looking for a bass player(s) who could play and record the bass tracks of our songs ...either one time or longer cooperation. So we have project band and currently we do not do gigs, maybe someday in the future... Today the location is not important because all file sharing, and communication can be managed remotely. Sorry, we can not pay any salary because we are very very poor and this is just a great hobby to us and a way to express ourselves... Our songs are sung in Finnish, but if this is not a problem and you want to make little international co-operation with us please take a contact for us... Any questions are also welcome Here is a link where you can go listen to our music: http://www.mikseri.net/artists/?id=127922 Quote
mikegrovesmusic Posted July 3, 2012 Posted July 3, 2012 Hi, This sounds interesting and i'm liking the songs. Something different to add to my portfolio too! I would like to get involved if possible? Do you have bass parts written or would I have to crate them myself? Here are some tracks that i recorded last year. I have just recorded on a more up to date metal album so i can send you over some tracks of my playing if you want to hear more http://soundcloud.com/mikegrovesmusic/devils-eyes-craig-wright http://soundcloud.com/mikegrovesmusic/another-day-craig-wright I hope to hear from you! charic Posted July 4, 2012 Posted July 4, 2012 What's the deal if you decide to start selling the music that has been recorded? Does the bassist get any kind of royalties? Quote
