Everyone knows about the tempo/key alteration and the bass enhance/cut. I use it for silent practice but it can also feed an aux input on an amp, I use it in conjunction with a 2.1 computer speaker at work. I even used it once for two basses with one amp for lessons - one bass in the normal input and one via the Tascam into the aux in
