She is indeed, but there's more - she doesn't drink either (no principles involved, just doesn't like the taste), so there's never any problem with who drives home when we've been out for the evening, which is always amusing when we see our friends engaged in sometimes heated discussions about their own arrangements. In fact, when a group of us go out there is generally a bit of a rush to bag a lift with us.

I've noticed I can't load toneprints through my jazz bass' neck pick up, only through the bridge pup. The pup works fine and the volume is open. Not a problem, just something I noticed. I use the tube drive and compression regularly. Lovely little amp, always in the gig bag.

I found the exact same thing using one Bergantino cab (8ohms), I have not tried it in the same situation with both of them and thus getting the full 4 ohm output. To me that defeats the point of a small lightweight head if you have to then take 2 cabs to make it work for you!

It's really used as a backup amp that sits in my gig bag or for home practise with headphones and my phone playing mp3s.
Tried it with the midget/compact combo last week and it sounded truly enormous.

found this on the net about the footswith

A TC Electronic ‘Switch 3’ footswitch can be added for even more control. TonePrint effects can be punched in and out and the amp can be muted. Furthermore, even though the TonePrint knob controls one effect at a time, the previously loaded effect is stored in the internal circuit and with the third switch this effect can be punched in and out as well, which in reality gives BH250 a dual effect section capable of combining any 2 of the 6 effect types available.

Where did you find that info? The manual seems to make no mention of this and the Footswitch - 3 is for 1. Tuner/mute, 2. Tube effect on/off and 3. TonePrint on/off. Unless perhaps someone is thinking that the Tube FX are another TonePrint?

Edited to add:

I now understand, the BH250 has no TubeDrive and the 3rd stomp is to toggle between 2 TonePrints. The BG250 does have TubeDrive and the 3rd stomp toggles it on/off

Peter

You dont have to buy the TC footswitch, Digitech do one for half the price though the swicthes are the other way round,
