I think the Chorus there is it's precursor, the 505.

It looks like a byoc or similar. Without hearing his sound, I'm gonna take a stab at it being a dirt pedal.

The silver thing is probably a Muff clone given that they've made it look like one. Which Muff is anybody's guess.
