I've had this in the loft for ten years, thought it was about time I did something with it :)

It had been resprayed black when I got it, I sanded it down at the time and looked like it had originally been brown. I pulled the frets out with a pair of pincers and that's as far as I got.

The tone isn't great, so I'm not putting a massive amount of time and effort in to it.... filled the fretholes in with wood filler and sanded them flat, then sprayed the body with Vauxhall car paint. There's a few run marks but it's acceptable to my eyes. Have strung it up to check the neck is actually straight before I do any more. I've layed the bits on the top to see how it looks. There's a spring missing on the bridge pup and the neck one has had the cable cut quite short. The original wiring loom is quite knackered so I'll start from scratch there.
