CB [/quote] His profile could explain a lot ( microlight flyer hit by a lorry) although I can't see that selling bodged guitars for £139 is going to put much food on the table for his new bride and kiddy. Still good to know he's going to be out of the UK in September.....!
cloudburst
You are right - it does explain a lot. Whilst working as a commercial helicopter pilot I have learned a lot about microlight pilots. Never mind lorries - many of them were lucky to escape being hit by helicopter. They don't seem to realise that if they don't speak on the radio, flight information service can't relay their presence to the rest of us. And if they don't use a transponder, they don't appear on our TCAS. The guitar stuff does not surprise me. But you have to wonder is such a serial meddler can resist the temptation to tinker with his aircraft. Shudder. CB

cloudburst
Now I'm no psychologist but it seems probable that getting hit by the lorry left Mark with some unwanted grooves in his nuts and he is taking it out on the guitars. In all seriousness though, poor chap - getting hit by a lorry is no joke so perhaps we should cut him some slack. I have a friend (John the Yawn) who got hit by a lorry and it left him with that disease where you fall asleep at the drop of a hat. Coincidentally, I think he is also now sh*t at luthiery.
