GetYourFunkOut93 Posted July 20, 2012 Author Posted July 20, 2012 haha if I had my way, I'd come out with a whole new rig! Quote
Tankdave Posted July 20, 2012 Posted July 20, 2012 (edited) The one's to avoid are the one's you don't like the sound of. Not being being funny, but its YOUR ears your buying for. If they happy then thats all that matters. Have fun and the cafe in corner does a real good sausage & bacon sandwich BTW. Edited July 20, 2012 by Tankdave Quote

Tankdave Posted July 20, 2012 Posted July 20, 2012 If he got Vanderkley's make sure you lift them, they great for bad backs Quote
LukeFRC Posted July 20, 2012 Posted July 20, 2012 use your ears. And listen for how the signal is "squashed" on some of them (TC) Quote
stingrayPete1977 Posted July 21, 2012 Posted July 21, 2012 From the list I would take a gb 9 max, there is so much talk about everything trying to sound like a big valve amp yet the GB FET channel is brilliant! Couple it with the valve channel, make it blendable and fire it out of their 900 watt output stage, what's not to like? Quote
essexbasscat Posted July 21, 2012 Posted July 21, 2012 What cab are you going to put it through ? The pairing of amp and cab can make a difference Quote
stevie Posted July 21, 2012 Posted July 21, 2012 Very true. You should certainly bear that in mind. Quote
