Jobiebass Posted April 27, 2008 Share Posted April 27, 2008 Morning, another noob question here, ive seen on a few peoples bass's they have a metalic looking cavity where the pups and pots go. Gazm Posted April 27, 2008 Share Posted April 27, 2008 It's for shielding against electrical interference, usually mains hum but also radio.
