3 band EQ to 2 band EQ

i was wondering if you can wire a 3 band eq to a 2 band eq i got one of the OBP-3 but i was looking to put it in my jaguar bass but the old preamp has 8 wires from the circuit board but the OBP-3 has 16 i think is there anyway to wire it for the jaguar

Yes an obp-3 can be wired as a 2 band, you just leave off the mid eq wires. There's a diagram in the box (and probably online too if you didn't get one) which shows the connections.
