Orange Bass Terror Issue

I've just set up my Orange Bass Terror 500 for the first time with an SP210 and it has no volume at all. It's literally so quite that's it's about double the volume of playing unplugged! At the same time, it's farting out on all but the G string and still has no volume, no matter what I do.

I've previously heard the cab I've got through another Bass Terror and so I know that both the cab is fine and that it should be A LOT louder than this.

I've just tested my bass and instrument lead with my Roland Cube 30 and have confirmed that they aren't the issue.

That just leaves the speakon lead and the amp, both of which are brand new.

Does anyone have any idea as to what is likely to be the issue?
