El Maya

Here is my El Maya bass which is a good 30yrs old, first bass i ever owned. Plays well and have never had any problems, except for trying to value it. Very rare example and have never found one on the web, from what i can gather there were Maya guitars which were the cheap copies and then the El Mayas which are great quality. Plays better than a precision in my opinion. There is a lot of misinformation on the web about El Mayas, least of all that the El Maya was the name used for export which isnt true.
