MarkG3 Posted August 7, 2012 Posted August 7, 2012 (edited) Im sure this has been done before all my google searching hasn't provided much. Cameronj279 Posted August 7, 2012 Posted August 7, 2012 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=edW-GXWGbzY There are a lot of Lamb of God drum and bass videos on youtube. I think there are a few Metallica and Megadeth ones too. Quote
MarkG3 Posted August 7, 2012 Author Posted August 7, 2012 Thanks for the link, just to clarify I mean actual releases of just solo bass rather than the bass track of a full song.....if that makes sense? Quote
LiamPodmore Posted August 7, 2012 Posted August 7, 2012 Check out Shep's stuff with Our Helical Mind. It's damn good if you're into that kind of thing, and i've been listening to it alot lately, some really good work on those tracks. Liam Quote

bartelby Posted August 8, 2012 Posted August 8, 2012 Look for Om, not so much solos but the majority of their stuff is bass, drums and vocals. I can't link to youtube as I'm in work Quote
MarkG3 Posted August 8, 2012 Author Posted August 8, 2012 Thanks for the links, I especially like The Reddings - The Awakening, I can't find it on iTunes? Any ideas what album it's from? Quote

Another fact I didn't know, both Otis Redding's sons are in the Reddings. I guess that accounts for the name!! Quote

mrdreadful Posted August 8, 2012 Posted August 8, 2012 Seconding the recommendation of OM. Al Cisneros is awesome. Also putting Megachurch up for consideration. Two basses and drums. Plus samples of evangelist rants in place of vocals. Quote
