I wouldn't have thought theres a lot in them but you should be testing them to see which one you like best.

Are you going to be moving them around? The fact that one is 10kg lighter than the other may be a feature you like.

That is a good point!

I was also wondering if anyone has had experience with either of these amps?

Could you stretch to an RBS Session 60?

Edit - should be EBS, as far as I'm aware, the Royal Bank of Scotland don't make combos.

No experience of either model stated, but I`ve got the smaller of the BA range, the 108, and all I can say is if you like the Ampeg sound, you won`t be disappointed with this range.

I used to have a BA115.
Great sounding amp but there was always an annoying hiss from the tweeter.
(Don't know if there is a tweeter in the 112.)
The only other downside, for me anyway, was it seemed to tilt back rather too easily.
