davebass66 Posted August 10, 2012 Posted August 10, 2012 Hi guys, does anyone know of any UK based luthiers/companies who sell Jazz bass bodies? I know you can get loaded bodies on Ebay from the US but would rather find something here.... I'm after a finished body (potentialy coloured) with all the appropriate holes drilled (bridge/scracthplate), the ones from allparts and WD only have the neck plate holes and I'm not sure how much I trust myself to drill the bridge holes in the right place!! Any advice would be really appreciated! Dave Quote
Al Heeley Posted August 10, 2012 Posted August 10, 2012 some necks can vary so its safer to buy a body without the bridge holes pre-drilled. After all, some bridges are different dimensions as well. I'd recommend you get one not drilled then trust yourself to drill according to the hardware you buy. Measure twice, drill once, and all that... Quote
