Note the cheapo scratchplate (with lack of holes for the bridge cover), lack of polepieces and bbot bridge... Someone's trying to make a cheeky profit! yorks5stringer Posted August 17, 2012 Share Posted August 17, 2012 Its been pulled now though when I emailed the seller he insisted it was genuine and he'd bought it from a Hampshire Music Shop complete with Fender tags. I pointed out genuine MM did not have a 2 piece scratchplate made up of a Jazz one and a semi circular bit stuck on at the bottom etc etc. The single string tree looked wrong for a 5er as was the serial number too.
