I just spotted in your signature this is one of twins, you bu**er, I have been after a fretless for over a year, just managed to get one '89 same year as my fretted, you must have the other that was made in '89. :)

cool bass- I have a defretted 1988 NT4 and a fretted 1990 NT5 - if I had a spare £1200 I'd have this to stand between them!!!
great period for Warwicks.

Indeed a great period.

I've had a couple of 1990's, a 4-string fretted and a 5-string fretless (later fretted). Amazing basses and I was a total numpty for getting rid of them both.

I'm finding I'm getting a real taste for them again. Unfortunately, this isn't the time for splashing out on new gear or I'd be seriously tempted like many others.

Good luck with the sale of this truly wonderful instrument.

Who in their right mind would De-Fret any Warwick, I was tempted but resisted the demons.

Oldman, Vdoc has had a full original '89 (or 88?) fretless Thumb, like mine ;)

However, i've made 19 photos of the bass, here the link : http://www.mediafire.com/?3xhqflbnaah9yq8

Not anymore he does'nt, it landed on my doorstep yesterday, took Mrs Blondie by surprise as I am in Dubai at the moment. It's an '89 and I cant wait to get it unwrapped when I get home Saturday morning. So that's my utopian moment, 18 Months it took to realise my GAS.

Now somebody buy this fretted version, believe me it is a bargain at this price, er type bump.
