Dodge
From the Sampson-era, it's the more portable small box 1 x 12" model. It used to belong to Neville Marten of Guitarist/Guitar Techniques mag (as mentioned in this thread.), I understand he used this with Marty Wilde's band hence the 'Wildcats' sticker on the back. It's in good condition, some of the tolex has small marks and scuffs but nothing particularly noticeable as you can see in the pics. In some of the photos, it looks like there are some holes in the grill cloth but it's the reflection of the speaker mounting screws. It's all stock, no mods and sounds utterly wonderful. It sounds like the best Vox AC30 you ever heard, but with that famous Matchless muscle and clarity (and weight and volume!) It's got brand new JJ power tubes in, so it's good to go. I won't bang on about the build quality, it's a Matchless - 'nuff said. £1300 collected from Oxfordshire (Hants, Bucks, Berks and occasionally Devon and Cornwall can also be arranged). No trades, thanks.
