nickcarey
You are looing at a pair of V2JLH Humbucking Jazz Pickups. These pickups are very diverse. You can get a modern studio sound to old school growl. It effectively saves you having to having many basses as many sounds can be produced from these pickups. They are ultra quiet and behave like active Pups due to no hum and their high output. Ged Green (Luthier from Manchester) sold me these only a few weeks ago. They come with a Jazz Chrome cover with all the pots fitted and wired. All you will need is to solder the wires from your bass to the relevant controls. A wiring diagram is included to make this easy. The volumes are controlled by a concentric control to avoid putting an extra hole into a Jazz Bell Chrome cover. I am a teacher and am incredibly careful with my gear, which I'm sure my students would back up. So you are getting the chance to get some ex-demo pups here for a good price. I have included Ged's invoice of £147 as proof. The chrome plate and pots were not included in the price. I'm only expecting a few extra pounds for these. The sort of price i'm looking for, for every thing including postage is £100.
