Got a great welcome from Neil and Jake and spent some time discussing this an' that. Neil also picked up a new toy today (your secret to tell Neil), so we were both very happy bunnies indeed I'd recommend Neil any time of day, good to deal with, no problem at all. A super guy to deal with and chat with. If Harrogate was nearer I would buy him a drink (or several). Totally recommended.
