Hi, folks!

After having played these two beauties for several months, and having been stunned by their qualities, I sold my Alembic ( yes, sir!) and ordered Patrick another bass : a long scale maple fingerboard, ash body with a wenge top, headless, 4 strings, this time, ... Back to basics, I would say! ;-)

Here is the latest pic of the crafting in progress... Hope you will enjoy it!

I just wanted to share some pictures I made a few weeks ago, at "le salon de la lutherie de Montpellier" ( lutherie exhibition in Montpellier, France). Patrick was there with new instruments. Here are the pics

Just a few words about this instrument : as you can see, it has a fanned fret fingerboard, a Mike Pope four band preamp, a piezo pickup and MIDI system. You can imagine all the tones you can get with this bass, it is just AMAZING ! ! !
