Lord Sausage Posted August 25, 2012 Posted August 25, 2012 Just seen this on Thomann. http://www.thomann.de/gb/hartke_215b_xl.htm Don't get it. Why so cheap? Are they shocking? Are 2x15 not good? Is this a can of worms? Why are we here? Quote
charic Posted August 25, 2012 Posted August 25, 2012 Seem to be mixed reviews on the net but at least with Thomann you can return it if you don't like it. Quote
Muzz Posted August 25, 2012 Posted August 25, 2012 I think the 49.5Kg bit is what puts a lot of people off... Quote
Mr. Foxen Posted August 25, 2012 Posted August 25, 2012 I think that is the one I used on a gig and was pretty impressed. Not much top, but took my low A with enough grunt to carry the venue. Hmm, if there was any money to hand, I'd get that as a lender cab. Quote
Lozz196 Posted August 25, 2012 Posted August 25, 2012 Gotta be the weight. I`ve owned Hartke XL cabs an they are very good. Had the 115 version, and was full of lows, not much in the way of highs, as per Mr Foxens findings. That is a serious bargain though, if in a rock band just holding down the low end. Quote
Lord Sausage Posted August 25, 2012 Author Posted August 25, 2012 seems a bargain. i was just browsing not looking to buy anything, but i am tempted. Quote
Matte_black Posted September 1, 2012 Posted September 1, 2012 Wow, they also have the 2100 at a nice price! Shame I already have 4 cabs. Quote
