2000 MIM Jazz V - high mass bridge?

I've just bought & sold a Badass V bridge as i didn't realise the string spacing on the MIM V Jazz was 18mm compared to the MIA Jazz V which is 19mm. The Badass was designed for the MIA one & the saddles were too far apart for my bass.

I'd be interested to know if anyone has successfully put a high mass bridge onto a MIM Jazz V & if so, the make & brand etc.

You could look at a Hipshot Type A I'm pretty sure they do an 18mm spacing version, I got a 17mm one from the USA via Ebay.
