Hipshot thru bridge, 1 Duncan MM-101 humbucking pickup, active 3-band BEQ-3 preamp with 12db cut/boost on bass/mid/treble and volume pull knob for "slap" switch.

This bass has a very active Stingrayish sound but looks a bit G&L ASAT or Telebass ish! It's beautifully made and in good condition.

The neck is straight and true.

There are a few small dings on the body, but nothing too bad, or structural and a slight superficial cracking in the lacquer around the bottom control knob (shown in photo) that can only be seen in direct bright light fro a certain angle, hence the bargain price!

I'm not a great fan of basses with scratchplates. But, OMFG... ! This is what Fenders should look like.

Is it prone to neck dive? I've found that with the Tele/ASAT shapes.

No neck dive . . . . Probably because of mahogany body and high mass bridge. I hate basses that do that!
