Green Day at Reading

Just watched Green Day at Reading, it's on teletext, not a bad thing to do, play a short 'secret' gig on a smaller stage, did they only do half an hour? but I do wish Billy Jo would cut out that tiresome A O crap

Nice quick set, full of energy, but yeah, that A O stuff is wearing a bit thin. Mike Dirnts stack of Fender Amps looked very nice.

I have not seen it, but I am guessing a call and response type thing, like ogie, ogie ...oi, oi (A O = ay oh)

I would think there would be some poor mobile footage of the full thing on youtube by now though

I'm not really a fan, but, my god, they were slick, tight and very, very good at what they do.

I haven't watched everything from Reading, but they were the most professional outfit I saw.

Green Day and The Foo Fighters were hands down the best of the festival. There's definately a reason they're the biggest names there.

I like them, but not exactly a fan either, got a couple of CDs, unlikely I`d ever go to see them, but from what I saw of Reading they were hands down the best.

I've seen G.D twice -both at Old Trafford(Lancs.CC)
Brilliant each time,but for the life of me I still cant get what all the A O bollox was all about.
just thought I 'd chuck a 2p into the mix.
