My recently purchased used DB750 blew up while setting up for a gig a couple of months ago and the advice of a relatively local valve-amp specialist was that 'it couldn't be repaired'. Thanks to the help of Barrie and Phil at bassgear.co.uk in consultation with Aguilar in New York, I was able to send the amp to a UK-based, Aguilar-recognised repair technician who subsequently found the fault with my amp, repaired the problem areas, serviced it fully and brought it up to current spec. All of this for a reasonable price, with superb communication throughout. A very fast, efficient and professional job. Not only that but they offer a collection and delivery service (via UPS) which was very reasonable in price which made the whole process so much easier.
