fleabag Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 Someone mentioned JB's Sex Machine, and thats just timing, as the notes are easy enough in themselves . SM is a not track i have a problem with but HMWYRS took a fair while 16ths over an extended period while swapping frets & strings can be tricky to get it seamless. But in the end, its just practice. I find if i leave it for a few months, the seamlessness just disappears, so its a track you have to keep on top of, if you like it of course, or is one of your band's covers. Riverboat is one of our bands covers, and i love the bass line. Never had a problem with the repetitiveness Quote

Now normally it isn't, but I had a gig the day before yesterday and had really bad sound so I played too hard, and got blisters on my picking fingers, so had to play last nights gig with a pick, and it seems that I can't do it with a pick. After really messing up the beginning I dropped the pick to the ground and continued on my painful blistered fingers, but at least I didn't seem as useless that way! Oh well, off to tonights gig soon Quote
